A ready-made solution for private clients and developers, which can be realized on any land area of sufficient area. The first house of this series is located on the shore of the Istra Reservoir.
The first floor accommodates the living room with panoramic windows. This space, inspired by traditional glass verandas of Russian country houses, is ideal for friendly get-togethers, spending time with family, and comfortable leisure while surrounded by serene nature.
State-of-the-art glass glazing in its modern interpretation ensures a comfortable micro-climate year-round and makes the house highly energy efficient. Simple shape naturally blends into the surrounding landscape, while floor to ceiling windows dissolve boundaries between indoors and outdoors. Interior space in this project is a continuation of its architecture. The module in the façade finish transforms and transitions from one space into another, creating a sense of integrity and unity. Oriental motives can be clearly read in this eclectic interior design that does not use classic objects, but China- and Asia-themed and modernized ones that have taken a contemporary shape.
